Mirjam has been the key person at Axelio in Veenendaal from day one. Together with her team, she has laid the foundation for what is now the Academy, which took its current form in 2004. Later, an additional direction with consultants was added. Her vision is clear: our location in Veenendaal must distinguish itself from the many other companies in the market and choose a role that truly fits. This resulted in a culture where knowledge is shared and customers are supported.
Axelio in Veenendaal is known for its Academy. But there is more: Improve is also part of the location. What this means for working at Axelio in Veenendaal is further explained by Mirjam in this interview. Mirjam has been leading both teams for many years. With the goal: to help organizations get the best out of their Dynamics environment. Not only for the short term but specifically aimed at the long term, so that the Dynamics solution continues to contribute to the objectives of customers. Especially with all the developments surrounding Microsoft Dynamics, new opportunities are emerging at a rapid pace. And organizations can benefit from that.
From Veenendaal, the team focuses on organizations that work with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. They often do this in combination with Dynamics CE and Power Platform. However, no implementations are carried out. Together with the team, Mirjam focuses on improving the use of Dynamics. Especially after it has already been implemented. "That is a conscious choice, which may be somewhat contrary, but fits us well. As an independent party, it gives us the freedom to truly deliver added value. That our customers appreciate this is evident from the often long-term collaboration."
A customer request is always approached from the triangle: Processes, Technology, and People. "We are convinced that a solution needs all three perspectives to be successful."
The consultants focus on continuity and long-term value. "It's about ensuring that our customers become self-sufficient through our solutions and advice. We want to contribute to lasting improvement through sustainable solutions," she explains.
The consultants see it as a challenge to improve an existing situation for customers or to solve a persistent bottleneck. They are always aware of the latest techniques and possibilities. This demands quite a bit from a consultant, but the team consists of experts who enjoy this challenging role.
"Within our location, we work together; everyone contributes with their expertise to collectively find the best solution for the customer. This is complemented by a pleasant collaboration with the other locations of Axelio. Our colleagues here are not quickly done learning. We make room for mutual knowledge sharing in the professional groups, locations, and during knowledge days. In addition, we of course have our own Academy. Read more about this in the blog by Hylke. This way, you always have a team beside you that ensures you can provide the optimal solution for your customer."
According to Mirjam, success is inextricably linked to the development of the team. "For us, it's all about adding value: for the customer and for our people. Success grows along with the development of the people who work here. We ensure that everyone at our location is ready for the challenges of tomorrow, so that we can continue to support our customers."
