Axelio is looking for an ambitious New Business Developer who is ready for the next step. Someone who enjoys building relationships, acquiring new customers, and turning market opportunities into concrete deals. You don't need to be a seasoned senior yet; we are looking for a driven professional with a solid foundation in sales and the motivation to grow further. What you will do as a New Business Developer

As a New Business Developer, you will focus on expanding our customer portfolio within the Energy and Field Service market. You will work with two innovative software solutions:

SPATIO – our smart Field Service Management solution for planning, executing, and optimizing service processes.

Billio – our SaaS solution for high-volume invoicing and collection processes within the energy market.

You are responsible for creating new business. You spot opportunities in the market, make contact with prospects, and know how to build relationships with decision-makers in a convincing manner. Together with consultants and colleagues from the commercial team, you work on impactful deals and sustainable collaborations.

Specifically, you will be involved in:

  • Actively generating new business and leads.
  • Collaborating with Marketing to set up market-oriented actions.
  • Conducting commercial conversations and demos.
  • Building relationships with customers and partners.
  • Identifying market developments and commercial opportunities.
  • Negotiating offers and project agreements.
  • Collaborating with marketing and delivery teams to successfully close deals.

What you can expect from us

Compensation

You will earn between €4,500 - €5,500. You can also receive extra bonuses, depending on your performance and that of the organization.

What we expect from you

We are not looking for a standard salesperson, but someone with drive, energy, and commercial curiosity.

You:

  • have a completed higher professional or university education;
  • have approximately 2 to 5 years of commercial work experience;
  • get energized by new business and opening new doors;
  • enjoy hunting and building relationships;
  • communicate easily and convincingly;
  • are ambitious and want to further develop yourself in the area of SaaS and Microsoft solutions;
  • enjoy working together with colleagues and customers;
  • experience with CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 is a plus.
