Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Consultant

This is what you will do as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Consultant
You work on challenging implementations within Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and AI for organizations that want to digitize and grow. You are involved in the entire process: from analyzing the customer request and advising on the best solution to actually configuring, building, and implementing it.
You map out business processes and customer wishes and translate them into smart, future-proof solutions. For example, you configure Dynamics 365, develop solutions with Power Apps, automate processes with Power Automate, and utilize Dataverse intelligently. This way, you combine substantive advice with hands-on realization.
You actively think about process optimization, digitization, and innovation and keep up with the latest developments in Microsoft Business Applications. You are also increasingly dealing with AI-supported designs and solutions. You assess and validate these and ensure that they technically and functionally meet what the customer needs.
Depending on your experience, you take on more responsibility within projects, mentor less experienced consultants, and contribute to the further development of the team and our services.
You choose Groningen or Nootdorp as your primary location. Additionally, you regularly work at client sites throughout the Netherlands. Depending on your projects and client agreements, there is also room to work from home and to arrange your work week flexibly.

What you can expect from us
Your salary aligns with your experience and the level at which you enter. As a mid-level consultant, you earn between €3,500 and €4,500 gross per month. As a senior consultant, your salary ranges from €4,500 to €5,500 gross per month. Additionally, you can receive extra bonuses based on your performance and that of the organization.
We offer you a mobility budget that you can use for a lease car, a lease bike, public transport, or receive as a gross compensation.
A good balance between work and personal life is important and varies for everyone. At Axelio, you receive 28 vacation days and have the option to buy or sell 5 additional days.

This is what we expect from you
You have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and/or Microsoft Power Platform and get energy from the combination of customer contact, advice, and actually realizing solutions.
Additionally, you possess:
- experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Platform;
- experience with configuring, building, and implementing solutions within Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform;
- experience with implementation and optimization projects;
- knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and preferably Dataverse;
- strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand business processes;
- affinity for AI, automation, and innovation;
- strong communication skills;
- a customer-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset;
- the willingness to travel for projects and client appointments within the Netherlands.
Microsoft certifications are a nice bonus, but we value your practical experience, advisory skills, and ability to go from customer request to a working Microsoft solution more.
