Marketing Event Coordinator
At Axelio, we organize dozens of events across the country every year: from webinars, seminars, roundtables to trade shows and expos. With your organizational talent, you make every event a success. You ensure that all events are meticulously taken care of. You contribute to the content of the event and translate this into communication before, during, and after the event.
This is what you will do as a Marketing Event Coordinator
In this role, you are responsible from start to finish for the success of our events. You ensure that everything is organized correctly and that each event makes the right impact. From the first idea to the last follow-up, you are the one who has the reins. You select locations, coordinate with speakers, arrange technology, and create a clear script so that everyone knows what needs to be done.
Additionally, you are the face behind the promotion. You come up with ways to bring our events to attention and know how to motivate colleagues to help convey the message. You translate the content of the event into engaging communication before, during, and after the event, from invitations and social media posts to follow-up messages that keep participants engaged.
You think creatively about concepts that inspire our target audience and ensure that every detail is perfect. After the event, your work does not stop: you analyze the results, evaluate feedback, and set up a strong aftersales approach to further develop leads and relationships. This way, you make every event not only a success on the day itself but also a valuable contribution to our long-term growth.
This is what you can expect from us
You earn between €3,500 - €4,500 on a full-time basis.
We offer you a mobility budget that you can use for a lease car, a lease bike, public transport, or receive as a gross compensation.

This is what we expect from you
As a marketing event coordinator, you are a true specialist who feels responsible for the success of our events.
- You have a completed higher professional education, preferably in the field of event management, communication, hospitality, or commercial economics.
- You have several years of experience in organizing, coordinating, and promoting (marketing) events.
- You have an affinity for AI and understand how AI tools can improve the event process. You are eager to use AI to accelerate and enrich processes.
- Organizational talent: you work according to a clear plan, create organized scripts, and monitor deadlines and dependencies.
- Proactive: you stand firm, know how to win people over, and take the lead.
- Independent: in a fast-growing team, you find your own way. With your experience and knowledge, you are a true specialist.
- If you have knowledge and experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, AI tools, and/or Adobe packages, that is a definite plus.
