Junior ERP Consultant Business Central (Support & Management)
At Axelio Agri & Food, support is about more than just solving incidents. As a Junior ERP Consultant Business Central (Support & Management), you assist clients with functional and technical issues and support them in optimally using their ERP environment. In this role, you will learn step by step how to guide clients within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and our industry solution Agrio. You will work from our offices in Hengelo or Zwolle, with hybrid working options available. You play a supportive role in improving business processes within the agri and food sector. Together with experienced colleagues, you work daily on smart solutions for clients, with Agrio taking a central place in your tasks.
What you will do as a Junior ERP Consultant Business Central (Support & Management)
As a Junior ERP Consultant, you and your colleagues are the point of contact for clients with functional and technical questions within their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment, in conjunction with our own industry solution Agrio.
Agrio is at the core of our services and enables clients to optimally support and digitize their processes in the agri and food sector. You work closely with clients, often active in the potato and seed sector, as well as with fellow consultants and developers. You will work from our office in Hengelo or Zwolle and receive intensive guidance from experienced colleagues to further develop yourself.
Your tasks include, among others:
- Supporting clients with functional and technical questions within Business Central and Agrio.
- Thinking along about solutions for incidents and user questions.
- Preparing and forwarding more complex issues.
- Assisting with upgrades, releases, and testing.
- Collaborating with Business Consultants and Software Developers.
- Thinking about how clients can work more efficiently with their systems and processes.
This position offers plenty of opportunities to develop yourself within ERP, Business Central, and the agri and food sector. You will follow an intensive yet educational onboarding process in which you gradually grow in knowledge, responsibility, and independence. You will join a dynamic team where your ideas and initiative are valued.
What you can expect from us
You will earn between €2,800 - €3,800. You can also receive additional bonuses, depending on your performance and that of the organization.

What we expect from you
You are at the beginning of your career and want to develop yourself within ERP, IT, and business processes. You are curious, like to think in solutions, and get energy from helping clients. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is not a requirement: with guidance from experienced colleagues, we will teach you step by step the technology, processes, and our industry solution Agrio.
You recognize yourself in the following:
- A completed vocational or higher education in ICT, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- Interest in ERP systems, application management, or IT support.
- You are curious about business processes and how software supports them.
- Affinity with the agri and food sector is a plus.
- You communicate easily and enjoy collaborating.
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
