This is what you will do as a Medior Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant
As a Medior Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant at Axelio, you are the link between people, processes, and technology. You are the one who understands, analyzes, and translates our clients' needs into concrete solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365. You start by listening carefully: what does the client really need, what challenges is their organization facing, and how can we make a difference?
You primarily work for clients in the business services and non-profit sectors, two areas where our location in Nootdorp has over ten years of experience. For non-profits, we use our own solution: Social Matters. With this, we help organizations increase their impact with smart, streamlined processes. Our broad expertise in Customer Engagement and knowledge of the Power Platform means you always work with modern technology that truly contributes.
Next, you take the lead. You guide the project from start to finish: from clarifying the client's request and designing the solution to implementation and optimization. You stand beside the client, not opposite them. You are their main point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the entire process. You translate the client's needs into smart, scalable applications within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. Not just technology, but a solution with a story. Because you understand that good software only becomes valuable when it perfectly aligns with daily practice.
You are also regularly on-site with clients. There, you see opportunities, brainstorm about optimization, and think along about the next steps.
What you can expect from us
You earn between €3,500 - €4,500. You can also receive additional bonuses, depending on your performance and that of the organization.
We offer you a mobility budget that you can use for a lease car, a lease bike, public transport, or receive as a gross reimbursement.
A good balance between work and personal life is important and varies for everyone. At Axelio, you receive 28 vacation days and have the option to buy or sell 5 days.

What we expect from you
You are entrepreneurial, curious, and client-oriented. You:
- Have a completed higher professional education (e.g., business administration, ICT, marketing, or similar).
- Have experience as a CRM consultant, implementation consultant, or functional consultant.
- Preferably have knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (or are willing to quickly acquire that knowledge).
- Think in solutions, not in limitations; you easily switch between client, team, and technology.
- Are energetic, proactive, collegial, and communicative.
- Enjoy contributing to a growing organization and your own growth path.
