The acquisition of Mprise Business Solutions and Mprise Academy fits within Axelio's growth strategy, aimed at fully relieving medium-sized organizations in their digitalization journey. The team from Mprise Business Solutions brings in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power Platform, with a strong focus on manufacturing and wholesale companies. This aligns seamlessly with the expertise within Axelio and significantly strengthens Axelio's existing position in the market for manufacturing and wholesale companies.

In addition, Axelio expands its services with the addition of Mprise Academy to include training, user adoption, and change management. The team from Mprise Academy provides training and guidance to users, key users, and IT teams, enabling companies to optimally deploy their Microsoft solutions. Additionally, Improve, part of the Academy, adds expertise in optimizing business processes and application configuration related to Dynamics F&O.

Mprise Group will continue to operate independently and will further focus on Agriware, the ERP solution for the agricultural sector. The business units Mprise Business Solutions and Mprise Academy will be fully integrated into Axelio.
