We want to empower organizations so that they can do it themselves."

"I had to understand how everything worked internally, learn to work with specific software, and understand what was expected of me. To achieve that, I took active steps to accelerate the learning process. I spent a lot of time on self-study by taking online courses and reading relevant books. I also talked a lot with my colleagues and supervisors to learn from their knowledge and experience. I asked many questions, participated in training, and actively sought opportunities to apply my skills in practice. Thanks to my commitment and dedication, I quickly gained the trust of my team and was assigned more responsibilities. My colleagues and supervisors appreciated my ability to quickly take on new tasks and my willingness to keep learning."

It gives him the confidence to take on a project as lead consultant from scratch. "After a successful first joint project, I was allowed to take on my second project completely on my own."
