What you will do as an ERP Business Consultant
As a Senior ERP Business Consultant, you are the strategic link between customer needs and the possibilities of the Microsoft platform, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You advise, guide, and implement, but above all: you inspire. With your experience, you not only help customers move forward but also coach colleagues within the team.
You will be involved in:
- Your projects are diverse, your clients are in various sectors, and you have plenty of room to follow your way of working. At Axelio, you work independently, but never alone: your team collaborates, helps with challenging cases, and celebrates successes together. Analyzing and translating business processes into efficient ERP solutions.
- Advising on and implementing Microsoft Business Central (cloud-first).
- Realizing future-proof configurations within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem and Power Platform.
- Guiding implementation processes with a focus on quality, standardization, and integrity.
- Contributing to knowledge sharing and team development, you strengthen and connect.
- Actively thinking about the development of our services and approach.
What you can expect from us
You earn between €5,000 - €7,000. You can also receive extra bonuses, depending on your performance and that of the organization.
We offer you a mobility budget that you can use for a lease car, a lease bike, public transport, or can be paid out as a gross compensation.

What we expect from you
You have seen a lot in the world of ERP and know how important it is to listen well, ask questions, and look beyond the system alone.
What we are looking for in you:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business information systems, business administration, or similar.
- Extensive experience with ERP implementations, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills and persuasiveness.
- Experience with Business Central (online) is a plus.
- Affinity with production or trading environments.
- You feel at home in a role where you combine content, strategy, and coaching.
- You are curious and eager to learn, and you like to follow the latest developments in the field.
