This is what you will do as a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant
As a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant, you are the substantive and strategic sparring partner for our clients. You oversee implementations from start to finish: from the first client conversation to go-live, aftercare, and further optimization. In doing so, you translate complex client needs into thoughtful solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform.
You advise organizations at both tactical and strategic levels and know how to build sustainable relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers. In workshops, analysis sessions, and design processes, you are the one who connects content, technology, and process guidance, always with an eye for the practical applicability and scalability of the solution.
Within the team, you are a natural mentor. You encourage knowledge sharing, guide colleagues where necessary, and bring your experience to achieve the best results together. You also identify opportunities with existing clients and actively contribute to pre-sales processes and further developing client relationships.
You work on various projects within the business services and non-profit sectors. Specifically for charitable organizations, we implement our own solution, Social Matters. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that this and other Dynamics 365 solutions are maximally utilized in the practice of our clients.
What you can expect from us
You earn between €4,500 - €5,500. You can also receive extra bonuses, depending on your performance and that of the organization.
We offer you a mobility budget that you can use for a lease car, a lease bike, public transport, or can be paid out as a gross allowance.

What we expect from you
You are analytically strong, take initiative, and switch easily between strategy and execution. You:
- Have a completed higher professional education (hbo) or university degree (wo).
- Have at least 5-6 years of experience in implementing CRM solutions, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
- Can independently analyze complex client environments and advise at a strategic level.
- Are communicatively strong, client-oriented, and know how to gain trust at all levels in an organization.
- Have experience in guiding project teams and enjoy sharing knowledge.
- Not only think along but also think ahead and enjoy contributing to the development of our team and services.
