Project Manager
As an experienced Project Manager at the intersection of IT and business, you effortlessly lead complex ERP projects to success. In this role, you actively contribute to the further digitalization of our leading European clients by implementing our innovative solutions. From our offices in Hengelo and Zwolle, we guide companies in their digital transformation. We realize and implement progressive ERP solutions within the agriculture, energy, and field service industries, always adopting an approach focused on results, collaboration, and sustainable digitalization.
This is what you will do as a Project Manager
As a Project Manager at Axelio in Hengelo and Zwolle, you are the key to successfully realizing ERP implementations for our clients. You oversee the entire process, from preparation and initiation to completion and aftercare. You work on multiple projects simultaneously, each with its own character, scope, and client needs.
You are a strong conversation partner for clients and know how to translate their wishes and objectives into clear project plans. You proactively manage the project team, monitor the scope, schedule, and budget, with a focus on results and client satisfaction. Together with our consultants (functional and technical), you ensure the optimization of business processes in organizations across various sectors.
In addition to managing projects, you also make a valuable contribution to further improving our own project approach. With your experience and knowledge of best practices, you elevate project management within Axelio to a higher level.
What you can expect from us
You will earn between €4,500 - €6,000. You can also receive additional bonuses, depending on your performance and that of the organization.
We offer you a mobility budget that you can use for a lease car, a lease bike, public transport, or can be paid out as a gross compensation.

What we expect from you
You know what it takes to make projects succeed. You possess excellent communication skills, maintain an overview, and switch effortlessly between different stakeholders, from end users to management. Thanks to your analytical ability and decisiveness, you are able to solve complex issues and effectively lead your team.
You recognize yourself in the following:
- A completed HBO or WO degree, for example in business informatics or business economics.
- Proven experience with implementing ERP projects, preferably based on Microsoft Dynamics.
- Thorough knowledge of project methodologies such as PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum.
- You have successfully led projects at medium to large organizations.
- You are capable of managing and guiding project teams towards the desired project outcome.
- In addition to project management, you possess commercial and contractual skills.
