Axelio is looking for a Medior Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant who understands, connects, and improves business processes. With our location in Groningen as your base, you will work on smart CRM solutions that truly help organizations move forward. You analyze, design, and optimize processes with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform. Think along, build further, and accelerate development. This is what you will do as a Medior Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant

You start at the beginning: you immerse yourself in the client, the processes, the bottlenecks. What works, what doesn't? You advise, configure, and connect systems so that everything runs smoothly. During and after implementation, you remain the point of contact. You train users, solve challenges, and think along about further development.
Your projects are diverse, your clients are in various sectors, and you have plenty of room to follow your own way of working. Within Axelio, you work independently, but never alone: your team thinks along, helps with difficult cases, and celebrates successes together.
This is what you can expect from us
You will earn between €3,500 - €4,500. You can also receive additional bonuses, depending on your performance and that of the organization.
We offer you a mobility budget that you can use for a lease car, a lease bike, public transport, or receive as a gross compensation.

This is what we expect from you
You are entrepreneurial, curious, and customer-oriented. You:
- Have a completed higher professional education in business administration, ICT, marketing, or a similar field.
- Have experience as a CRM consultant, implementation consultant, or functional consultant.
- Possess knowledge and experience with Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform and actively follow developments.
- Think in possibilities, not limitations. You switch effortlessly between customer wishes, technology, and team.
- Are energetic, proactive, collegial, and communicate clearly.
- Are eager to contribute to a growing organization and your own development.
