Dynamics F&O Consultant Finance

With your knowledge of the company, processes, and product, you know how to provide the right advice on optimizing business processes and/or configuring Dynamics 365 F&O: you help our clients get the best out of their F&O solution.
What you will do as a Dynamics F&O Consultant Finance
At Axelio in Veenendaal, we support organizations with consultancy, training, and solutions within the Microsoft platform (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Business Central, CE, Azure, and the Power Platform).
As a Dynamics F&O Consultant Finance at Axelio Improve, you work on broad finance-related issues for our clients. You know how to ask the right questions to get to the real question and analyze bottlenecks. This leads to advice on optimizing business processes or configuring Dynamics 365 F&O. In many cases, you also implement the proposed solution yourself.
You connect the client organization, their processes, and the Microsoft platform. You build a good and long-lasting relationship, working closely with the client's employees, partner consultants, and colleagues within Axelio.
Your tasks include, among others:
- Fit-gap analyses;
- Conducting second opinions;
- Optimizing (financial) business processes and their integration in Dynamics F&O;
- Accounting issues: e.g. inventory valuation, setting up new financial administrations;
- Setting up and improving financial reporting;
- Optimizing implemented functionalities and implementing improvements;
- Analyzing and/or configuring new functionalities;
- Supporting functional application management with issues related to AX/F&O.
- If you are interested, there is the opportunity to contribute to Finance F&O training from our Axelio Academy in addition to consultancy.
What you can expect from us
You will earn between €5,500 - €7,000. You can also receive additional bonuses, depending on your performance and that of the organization.
We offer you a mobility budget that you can use for a lease car, a lease bike, public transport, or can be paid out as a gross compensation.

What we expect from you
- A completed HBO or university degree, preferably in Finance, Business Economics, or Controlling.
- At least 3 years of experience as a consultant with Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 F&O.
- A strong financial background and insight into accounting & reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
- Proactive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
