"As an independent company, we operate completely independently in the Netherlands. Although we work under license from Gulf International and use their trademark rights, we are not directly part of it," says Nathalie Gras, Senior Controller at Gulf Gas + Power. "We were founded about seven years ago by three experienced entrepreneurs and have since grown to become the fourth player in the Dutch business energy market. "Due to our significant growth, we as a company have more and more data to process across various components. This change makes it even more important for us to adapt our operations and improve and automate our IT system. We have reached a stage where we need to further integrate our IT and CRM systems. In the past, keeping track of data was relatively simple, but that is no longer feasible without advanced IT solutions. We realize that we need good data analysis and automation to further improve our processes."

Although we are still in the early stages and need to further develop the system, I am optimistic about the future. In 2024, we want to promote internal acceptance of the system, and by the end of 2025, we expect everything to be fully integrated."
